Our philosophy is that taking the time to evaluate our working relationship will ultimately lead to a better understanding of the client's goals and objectives. In order to ensure we are a good fit for potential clients, and vice-versa, we use the following engagement process:
Step 1: Call us at 319-524-5946 or toll free at 888-595-5946 and let us know that you would like to inquire about becoming a client of ours.
Step 2: Heather or Ryan will call you to briefly discuss your situation. We will then send you an introduction kit that provides information about our practice and our services.
Step 3: Approximately 4-5 days later, one of our team members will call to schedule an introductory meeting with Heather or Ryan.
Step 4: During this meeting, everyone will have the opportunity to determine whether or not we believe there is a good fit between what we do and what you are seeking.
Step 5: If we are all in agreement that we'd like to work together, we will proceed along that path. Should either of us determine there is not a fit, we will do our best to direct you to a resource that is better equipped to handle your needs.
